Clean and Safe Water for All in Uganda

Proceeds from the sale of my new book - Challenging the Dragon - will be used to help obtain clean and safe water wells in Uganda. And also for tuition fees for young people who desire an education but have no means to pay the fees. A criteria that must be met for this "free" tuition is - #1 the desire for an education, #2 that they will use this education to help their families and communities

Thank you for purchasing a book that will then help this genuine need.

If you are not aware of the situation in Uganda - then briefly it is:
GENOCIDE - killing of people daily
ABDUCTION - of 5-12 year old children for the purpose of slavery, sex for pay and to fight in the Lord's Resistance Army (why they call it the Lord's I will never understand)
POVERTY - the majority live on less than $1.00 per day - the price of my book goes a long way for them
CORRUPTION - Government is very corrupt and does nothing for the people, or at least very little.
WATER - disease borne water that people use daily, and haul over miles in cans daily
POWER - electricity is nil in Uganda - Government does nothing to fix it

Challenging the Dragon - New Book

CHALLENGING THE DRAGON

by Jim Haverlock
Umbilical Cord Stem Cell Therapy and Multiple Sclerosis

It isn’t often that a person opens ones life to the world, even more difficult for a man to “open” himself to others. Women are naturally more open then men, that is a given. Why is it so hard for men to be as open?

Opening the heart, mind and soul for Jim, came with the life changing diagnosis of an incurable health “challenge” that the world labels as “multiple sclerosis”.

Learning to live with this daily “challenge”, Jim has accepted the adversities, adapted to the ever changing lifestyle and through perseverance and determination, continually learning to maintain a new sense of spirituality and fortitude.

This “challenge” has provided a unique perspective to the meaning “Live One Day at a Time”. Truly, that is all any of us really has - just Today! Learning to live “today” to the fullest has been totally rewarding and has enriched Jim’s life.

Proceeds from the sale of this book will be donated to Uganda for obtaining water wells that have clean and safe water; and for students desiring an education so they can in turn help their families and communities - the poverty stricken students. Thank you for aiding this cause.
